So we are happy to keep your jewellery looking like new just like the day you bought it, therefore you can bring them to us for LIFETIME wash and steam clean. ("Buff, Polish and Rhodium are Extra for a minimal charge"). We also offer complimentary ("One Time") ring sizing when the ring purchased and it doesn't fit the finger at that time, after that it would be minimal charge as a service when there is a need arises for sizing the ring.

We take provide in our craftsmanship! Our team of experienced goldsmiths, jewellery designers, diamond setters, gold casters and engravers will produce timeless pieces for you that you will treasure forever! We use only the best diamond setters in Canada to ensure the security of your diamonds. Center diamonds are not covered if lost or damaged, we recommend insurance for protection.

When/if there is a problem with your jewellery; you can/should bring it to our studio where we will examine your piece. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it for free of charge. If the issue or damage is caused by you or normal wear and tear, we will fix or replace it for you for a minimal charge. Warranty is "VOID" if/when our product was repaired with some other Repair or Jewellery shop.

Lifetime Upgrade

As the years pass by, it's common for couples to begin discussing the possibility of upgrading the original diamond or changing the engagement ring. There are many reasons to upgrade. Your personal finances may have changed and you can now afford a nicer diamond ring. Perhaps your personal style and tastes have changed or maybe you have an anniversary coming up and you want to reaffirm your love for each other. Whatever the reason is for, the Budget Diamonds Online is ready to help.

Any loose natural diamond purchased from Budget Diamonds Online EXCEPT "(CVD, Lab Grown, Man Maid)" can be traded in for *credit towards to another diamond from Budget Diamonds Online of a greater value. The diamond being traded in will be examined and must be in original condition and accompanied by all the original grading documents and reports at the purchased time. Engagement Rings or sets purchased from Budget Diamonds Online may also be traded in EXCEPT "(Custom Made Rings)" for *credit towards another Engagement Rings or sets from Budget Diamonds Online of a greater value.

*Credit amount(s) will be determined by current market values and market demands for diamonds, and a small re-stocking fee is applied. Engagement Rings or Sets for gold portion of the ring(s) are accepted as a scrap gold value. If customer would like to keep their original ring(s), and alter them to fit a bigger diamond for center, we will do our best to alter their ring at a minimal cost if doing this is possible so.
